Roman Paradigm Massage & Therapy in San Jose is expanding their massage business and also their massage services to include, “Community Massage!” Our community massage services is an idea born from our friends at Living Room Acupuncture, a community acupuncture facility here in San Jose.

The idea here is offer massage services to a broader range of folks in the community who do not have the time nor like the idea of getting undress and having oils used to get their pain relief or stress reduction. These massage sessions will be conducted fully clothed by professional and certified massage therapists in an open community setting.

We believe this will be great for anyone who is new to getting quality bodywork and for those who just need some quick pain or stress relief. These massage sessions will be done on a table in an open setting focusing on specific body parts such as the hips, gluts, low back, neck and legs. Your therapist will be utilizing techniques for increasing range of motion, de-activating painful trigger points and releasing chronically tight muscle spasms.
