SCFPT has a fitness facility offering state of the art strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Brand names include Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Stairmaster, and Keiser. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are specially trained and readily available to provide you with the information, encouragement, and discipline to attain all your fitness goals.

Fitness amenities include the following:

• More than 20 pieces of strength training equipment including free weights and selectorized machines
• More than 20 pieces of cardiovascular equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and stair steppers
• Specialized programs focused on seniors, osteoporosis, pre/post natal and sports conditioning
• 5 large TVs
• Locker rooms with showers and complimentary toiletries
• Private day lockers
• Personal and group training
• Access to Licensed Physical Therapist for injury consultations
