This corrective exercise is important for training the posterior back muscles that may be inhibited by the tight pec muscles.
I've been to Roman Paradigm on and off for a few years. Their service has always been excellent. More recently I've been getting worked on by Tharien to address a long term SI issue. I've felt more relief from his work than with any other therapist I've seen. His work is holistic enough to deal with physical, mental and emotional blocks to recovery.
